LOS ANGELES HOTELS

Experience the Los Angeles area’s finest historic luxury boutique hotel, The Georgian Hotel on Santa Monica’s Ocean Avenue
Santa Monica, CA - Nothing quite defines the experience of California more than a visit to Santa Monica: the sun, the sand, the sea and the historic Georgian Hotel. With a $2 million renovation complete to restore the hotel’s Art Deco grandeur, guests from around the world enjoy The Georgian Hotel's world-class accommodations and service.
Featuring spectacular panoramic ocean views and the renowned Santa Monica Bay sunsets, we are situated in the seaside resort community of Santa Monica and offer amenities to both the modern business traveler and the casual vacationer.
Built in 1933, The Georgian Hotel has a distinctive Art Deco architecture which is unique in the Los Angeles area. The Georgian’s rich history parallels that of early Hollywood – many famous actors and actresses have stayed here over the years.
When staying at The Georgian Hotel in Santa Monica, after a delicious breakfast on our beautiful veranda, there are many different activities that a family or couple can enjoy. Since we are situated on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, The Georgian is perfectly suited for guests who want an ocean view from their hotel.
A short two-minute walk to Third Street Promenade in downtown Santa Monica and only a five-minute walk to Santa Monica Pier enables our guests to shop and dine without a car. Few Los Angeles hotels can pride themselves with such an ideal location. Tours to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Disneyland, Universal Studios, and many other popular tourist attractions can be scheduled with our concierge in advance or upon check in.
After a day of sightseeing or shopping, you’ll want to relax on our cozy veranda. Few other historic Los Angeles hotels offer such a great view of the Pacific, with sunsets over the water, while you enjoy your evening. The hotel's lobby bar serves imported beers, fine California wines and cocktails, along with our signature Art Deco martini, the Georgini.
